| Feature

Japanese Kuroda nozzle with changeable atomizing zone and pyramid filter place ultra-thin, even flux layer on every board. Digital flow meter and pressure tank maintain perfect stability no matter how much flux remains – the smartest flux system in any PCB wave soldering machine.

Third-party over-temperature sensor works together with PLC+PID closed-loop control and emergency stop to form unbreakable safety. Real-time display and automatic shutdown keep everything safe even at 1.0 temperature setting during full-day operation.

Separate horizontal heating zones with closed hot-air circulation and rectifier plates give exactly the same temperature from left to right. Warm-up needs only 15 minutes and normal power stays at 7kW – the most balanced heating among similar PCB THT machine.
